Draift Support

A quiet place to catch a thought before it goes. Notes are Markdown, saved automatically on your iPhone.

Do I need to tap the checkmark to save?

No. Draift saves as you type. The checkmark finishes the capture and opens Inbox.

How do I link notes?

Type [[ and pick a note, or use the Link button above the keyboard. Links keep working when you rename the note.

How do I tag a note?

Open the note and tap Add Tag. Tap a tag to see every note with it, or use the filters in Inbox and Search.

I deleted a note by mistake.

Tap Undo right away, or restore it later from Settings → Recently Deleted.

How do I get my notes out?

Settings → Export Notes as Markdown writes a folder of .md files wherever you choose.

Does Draift sync or use the network?

No. Notes stay on your device and are included in your normal device backups.

Draift says a note couldn't be saved.

Your text is still in the editor. Tap Retry, or Copy text to keep it somewhere safe.

Can I change the app icon?

Yes. Settings → Appearance offers Black (the default) and nine alternatives.
